We are seeking an Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our growing Bowling Green clinic, where collaboration is real, leadership listens, and you are empowered to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced.

    Why join Ally Psychiatry?

Ally Psychiatry is a physician-owned and physician-led psychiatry medical group dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care through a collaborative approach. With a presence in nine states, partnerships spanning more than 55 hospitals, and nearly 20 outpatient clinics, we continue to expand our reach and impact. As the fastest-growing psychiatric organization in the Southeast, we are committed to supporting our providers, strengthening the communities we serve, and advancing access to high-quality mental healthcare.

    What we offer:

    • Physician-Led Organization – Practice within a model where clinical leadership understands the realities of modern psychiatry and values physician input.

    • Outpatient Focus with Predictable Schedule – Enjoy a structured workweek designed to support both professional fulfillment and personal well-being.

    • Established Referral Network – Step into a practice with consistent patient demand, allowing you to focus on care rather than panel building.

    • Competitive Compensation + Comprehensive Benefits – A rewarding package designed to recognize your expertise and support your long-term success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide evidence-based medication management while monitoring treatment effectiveness and adjusting care as appropriate.

    • Collaborate with therapists, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to deliver coordinated, whole-person care.

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.

    • Engage patients and families with empathy and education, fostering therapeutic relationships that support long-term stability and wellness.
