    Job description

We’re building the future of medical dermatology by focusing on unmet patient needs and giving people the space to think independently, take ownership and make an impact that matters.

Our purpose is simple: to transform patients’ lives by addressing real needs. We work with care, act with courage, keep things simple and focus our innovation where it makes a difference.

Recognised as a Top Employer in Spain since 2008 and in Germany since 2025, we continue to invest in an environment where people can grow and move forward.

If you care differently, you belong here.

As a Trainee Payroll & Labour Relations, you will provide support to the Corporate People & Culture team in payroll and labour administration processes, contributing to an efficient, accurate and compliant employee experience across the organization.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Support payroll and labour administration activities, including Social Security procedures (AFI, TGSS, hirings and terminations), contract management and absence administration.

    • Assist with employee-related tax processes and flexible remuneration programs.

    • Support communications and administrative procedures with public authorities and external stakeholders.

    • Collaborate in labour audits and SCIIF-related processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.

    • Assist in the preparation of documentation for public tenders.

    • Participate in labour relations initiatives, committees and cross-functional projects within the People & Culture function.

    • Provide day-to-day support to employees and internal stakeholders on labour administration matters.

    Preferred Skills & Competences

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented individual who is eager to learn and develop within Payroll and Labour Relations.

    • Strong customer-service mindset and willingness to support internal stakeholders.

    • Analytical thinking and high attention to detail.

    • Strong organizational and planning skills.

    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    • Professional, discreet and trustworthy approach when handling confidential information.

    • Result-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Advanced level of English.

    Required Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Labour Relations, Business Administration, Law, Labour Sciences or a related field.

    • Additional studies or specialization in Human Resources will be considered a plus.

    • Previous internship or academic exposure to Payroll, Labour Relations or Human Resources is desirable but not mandatory.

    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is valued.

    What We're Looking For

A recent graduate or final-year student with a genuine interest in Payroll and Labour Relations, eager to learn in a corporate environment and willing to build a career in labour administration, employee services and employment compliance.
