The Retention Manager is responsible for managing and engaging players who have made two or more deposits, with the primary objective of developing high-potential players toward VIP status.
The role focuses on increasing repeat activity, strengthening player relationships, and improving long-term engagement through proactive, personalized communication, primarily via outbound calls and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and engage players who have made two or more deposits.
- Proactively contact players through outbound calls and email.
- Build strong player relationships and understand individual preferences and behaviour.
- Increase repeat activity through personalized communication and relevant offers.
- Reactivate inactive players and re-engage those showing declining activity.
- Identify high-potential players and support their progression toward VIP status.
- Handle player questions, concerns, and objections while maintaining positive engagement.
- Monitor player activity and identify opportunities to increase engagement and value.
- Ensure a smooth handover of qualified players to the VIP Management team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, retention, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to understand player behaviour and tailor communication accordingly.
- Fluent English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
