Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and process company documents, mail, and packages.
• Handle authorized bank and government-related transactions.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Facilities team.
• Assist with mailroom and other facilities operations as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of documents and company funds.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High School or Vocational graduate.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Familiar with Metro Manila routes and government offices.
• Trustworthy, organized, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills and willing to work overtime when needed.
