Communications Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team and help us elevate our internal and external communications. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication strategies that effectively convey our organization's mission, values, products, and services to a diverse audience. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including marketing, public relations, and human resources, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of communication materials including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and website content.
• Coordinate and manage content creation across multiple digital platforms to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information and communicate updates effectively to staff and stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools including content management systems, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
