Communications Specialist

Elevare Branding is seeking a Communications Specialist to support the development, coordination, and execution of internal and external communication initiatives.

In this role, you will help ensure that company messaging remains clear, consistent, professional, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare clear, professional written communications for various business needs.

• Assist with the coordination and execution of communication strategies and campaigns.

• Maintain consistency in company messaging, tone, and brand standards.

• Prepare presentations, announcements, correspondence, and other communication materials.

• Collaborate with internal departments to support communication needs and organizational initiatives.

• Review and edit written materials for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and professionalism.

• Help coordinate communication-related projects, meetings, and company initiatives.

• Organize communication materials, documentation, and project information.

• Support client-facing and internal correspondence when needed.

• Monitor project timelines and help ensure communication deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
