Responsibilities

Assist customers with product and service information, order processing, and problem resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Follow company policies and communication guidelines to uphold Sphirea Plus’s service standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
