Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for new and existing customer service representatives.

• Evaluate training needs through performance data, feedback, and observation.

• Create instructional materials, guides, and resources tailored to team objectives.

• Coach employees individually and in groups to improve communication, product knowledge, and service delivery.

• Collaborate with management to align training strategies with company goals and client expectations.

• Assess training effectiveness and continuously enhance program content and methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service training, coaching, or team leadership.

• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and inspire others to deliver outstanding results.

• Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and implement effective training strategies.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
