Entry Level Account Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the company while contributing to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all needs are met and expectations are exceeded

• Develop strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries and support

• Assist in the creation and execution of client proposals and strategies

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the progress of their projects

• Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion

• Address any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally

• Maintain accurate records of client communications, contracts, and agreements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Problem-solving ability and proactive attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A desire to learn and grow within the field of account management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not required)
