Event Promotions Assistant

Dinamic AS Group is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Event Promotions Assistant to support the execution of promotional events, brand activations, and customer engagement initiatives throughout the San Antonio area.

In this role, you will work directly with our promotions team to help create positive experiences for customers, represent client brands professionally, assist with event coordination, and ensure promotional activities run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional events and brand activations.

• Represent client brands in a professional and positive manner.

• Engage with customers and provide clear information about featured products, services, or promotions.

• Support event setup, organization, and breakdown when required.

• Help maintain an organized and welcoming promotional environment.

• Work closely with team members to achieve campaign and event objectives.

• Assist with promotional materials, displays, and event resources.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout each event.

• Communicate customer feedback and event observations to the appropriate team members.
