Event Specialist

As an Event Specialist, you will play an important role in coordinating, organizing, and supporting events designed to create positive and memorable experiences for customers and clients.

This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with different people. You will work closely with team members to ensure events are properly prepared, professionally executed, and aligned with company goals and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of company events and promotional activities.

• Coordinate event materials, schedules, supplies, and on-site requirements.

• Represent Elevare Branding professionally during events and customer-facing activities.

• Engage with attendees and provide clear information about campaigns, services, or event activities.

• Support event setup, organization, and breakdown when required.

• Maintain a welcoming, professional, and organized event environment.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure events operate smoothly and efficiently.

• Monitor event activities and communicate updates, challenges, or opportunities to management.

• Assist with tracking event participation, customer feedback, and campaign results.

• Follow company procedures and maintain consistent brand presentation during every event.
