As an Events Assistant, you will support the coordination, preparation, and execution of company events and customer-facing activities.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, organization, and coordination of events.
- Support event setup, preparation, and on-site operations.
- Welcome and engage with guests, customers, and event participants.
- Provide professional customer service and respond to general questions.
- Assist with event materials, equipment, and promotional displays.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure events run smoothly.
- Help maintain organized event schedules and operational checklists.
- Support registration, guest management, and event-related activities.
- Identify and help resolve operational issues during events.
- Represent IGL4US professionally during all company activities.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and event briefings.
- Assist with additional event and business support tasks as needed.
