Leadership Development Associate

IGL4US is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Associate to join our team in College Station, Texas.

This position is designed for individuals interested in developing leadership, communication, organization, and team-management skills through practical experience. The Leadership Development Associate will work closely with team members and management, gaining exposure to daily operations, performance management, team development, and business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in leadership and professional development initiatives.

• Support daily team and business operations.

• Assist with coordinating projects, priorities, and team activities.

• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers.

• Help maintain productivity, organization, and performance standards.

• Learn and apply leadership, coaching, and team-management techniques.

• Assist management with identifying opportunities to improve processes and team performance.

• Support onboarding and development of team members when needed.

• Track goals, performance indicators, and operational priorities.

• Take on additional responsibilities as leadership capabilities develop.
