Management Trainee

GG Media is seeking a motivated and career-driven Management Trainee to join our Nashville team.

This position is designed for individuals who are interested in developing a strong foundation in business operations, team leadership, customer relations, and management. As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with experienced team members and leadership while gaining hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of the business.

Throughout the training process, you will learn how to manage priorities, support team performance, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and contribute to operational goals. Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured management and leadership development program
• Learn and support daily business operations and organizational processes
