Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating public relations initiatives and communication campaigns.
- Support the development of company messaging, presentations, promotional materials, and communications.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, events, outreach activities, and promotional initiatives.
- Assist with internal and external communications.
- Help ensure brand messaging remains professional, consistent, and aligned with company standards.
- Monitor ongoing projects and assist with schedules, deadlines, and campaign priorities.
- Collaborate with different departments to support company objectives.
- Represent Catch Vibe Voice professionally during meetings, events, and business interactions.
