Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
Present company products, services, and solutions clearly and confidently.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Answer questions and provide accurate information regarding available services.
Support customer acquisition and sales initiatives.
Follow up with potential customers when appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals.
Represent Dinamic AS Group professionally at all times.
Participate in training and development opportunities.
Stay informed about company offerings, promotions, and sales strategies.
