Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a highly organized and personable Service Account Coordinator to support client accounts and help ensure a seamless service experience.
In this role, you will serve as an important point of coordination between clients and internal teams. You will assist with account communication, service requests, scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day account needs while helping maintain the high standard of service our clients expect.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining clear and positive communication.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a professional point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Coordinate client requests, service updates, and account-related activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized account records and documentation.

- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and service coordination.
- Respond to client questions and help resolve routine account concerns.
