Responsibilities

Provide clear guidance, feedback, and support to employees.
Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
Help maintain productivity, quality, and professional standards.
Communicate operational updates, challenges, and team performance to management.
Address workplace concerns and help resolve day-to-day issues efficiently.
Encourage teamwork, accountability, and strong communication.
Assist management with scheduling, workflow organization, and operational planning.
Help ensure company procedures and expectations are consistently followed.
