You'll lead and grow a team of engineers building Alta's AI-powered GTM platform, owning delivery end to end ,from product thinking and design through to production and measurable impact. You'll stay hands-on, contributing across frontend, backend and data systems while setting the technical bar for the team. You'll build and scale the core systems powering Alta's AI agents and real time GTM workflows, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability and fast iteration. You'll work closely with Product, AI and GTM teams to translate complex problems into clear engineering work, bringing strong product thinking to every decision, obsessing over user problems, and making sure what gets built actually moves the needle. You'll mentor engineers, shape the architecture of Alta's AI-native platform, and set the engineering standard for how Alta builds and scales.
• You have 3+ years of engineering leadership experience and 8+ years of overall software development under your belt.
• You have a strong hands on full stack background and are comfortable across frontend, backend and data systems -with solid experience in Node.js and TypeScript or similar.
• You've built scalable, distributed or data-heavy systems and know what it takes to keep them reliable as they grow.
• You have a strong product mindset, naturally orienting around user problems and outcomes, and you've worked closely with product teams to shape what gets built and why.
• You take full ownership of your work, from first principles through to production.
• Experience with AI or LLM based systems or automation.
• Background in B2B SaaS or GTM products.
• You take full ownership and follow through on your team, your systems and your outcomes.
• You're a builder at heart, turning ambiguous problems into real products that users love.
