YOU
- ensure quality oversight for complex R&D projects and global quality initiatives
- act as the key QA partner for cross-functional stakeholders and project teams
- review, approve, and release GMP-relevant documentation and quality deliverables
- drive quality activities including risk assessments, deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and training initiatives
- support validation, qualification, and continuous improvement projects
- provide expert guidance on cGMP compliance and quality standards
- contribute to audits, inspections, and due diligence activities
- promote operational excellence and a strong quality culture across the organization
YOU
- hold a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Pharma Quality, QA, Development, or Operations
- have strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
- bring experience in quality risk management, deviations, change controls, and CAPA processes
- demonstrate strong project management, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- possess solid scientific, technical, and compliance knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry
- communicate fluently in English
Nice to have: Experience with validation, analytical development, health authority inspections, and global project environments.
Salary: Starting from €4,000 gross per month, with a clear willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and professional experience.
