- fulfill the general V.I.E program requirements (EU-graduate, aged between 18 and 28 years)
- hold a university degree in aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- bring knowledge of aircraft manufacturing, maintenance processes, or technical support — experience with aerospace standards and regulations (EASA/FAA, Part 21/145) is a plus
- are proficient with digital tools such as MS Office, SAP (SP1), OPAL, and Alinav; familiarity with PLM tools (CATIA V5, 3DX, Siemens NX), ERP/MRP systems, and data analytics tools (Power BI, Python/SQL basics) is highly valued
- Ideally, possess skills in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (SSBB/Green Belt), and continuous improvement methodologies
- demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and communication skills for working across international teams and suppliers
- have excellent command of English; additional languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) are an advantage in the global aerospace environment
