Manage daily office operations ensuring a safe, efficient and well-maintained workplace
Oversee end to end facility operations.
Ensure availability of office consumables and housekeeping materials and consumables.
Support and Coordinate with Facility and admin Manager for day-to-day activities
Coordinate with the vendor for the supply of materials and service
Track outstanding invoices and follow up to avoid service disruption
Coordinate and ensure timely execution of local purchases in line with company requirements.
Support onboarding processes and employee record management.
Vendor Management and procurement coordination.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast -paced cross functional environment
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Having 1 to 2 years’ Experience in facilities /admin role or similar roles.
Organizational and time management skills.
Problem-solving and adaptability.
Professional communication (written and verbal). Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an advantage.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
