Role Overview:
The Warehouse Operative / Stock Controller will play a key role in the day to day running of warehouse operations, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. You’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability are essential. The role involves both manual handling and the use of warehouse equipment, with a strong focus on maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Hours | Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm and Friday 7am-3pm

Responsible to | Head of Warehouse and Logisitics
Responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods, ensuring orders are accurate, securely packaged, correctly labelled, and delivered according to schedule. Maintain accurate stock levels through inventory checks, stock rotation, and organised storage, while completing all relevant paperwork and digital records. Adhere to company Health & Safety procedures, maintain a clean and tidy working environment, and safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet trucks, shrink wrappers, and forklifts where trained and authorised. Work collaboratively with warehouse colleagues, drivers, and other departments to meet daily targets, support continuous improvement, and carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
