We're also a proud recent holder of SAP MEA North's Delivery Excellence award for 2022.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>Own the end-to-end design, build, and production rollout of agentic AI solutions that automate knowledge work—starting with SAP-consultant tasks, proposal generation, and data preparation.

You’ll deliver measurable savings within 12 months, then scale a small specialist team around the winning agents.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design and build agents using Python along with the best mix of open-source libraries or frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain, llama-index), or entirely custom code where needed.

Incorporate browser automation (Playwright/Selenium) and computer vision/OCR (OpenCV, Tesseract).</li><li>Handle data and integrations: connect REST/GraphQL APIs, vector stores, and RAG pipelines with security guardrails.</li><li>Measure and optimize: define and track KPIs such as cost savings, turnaround time, and consultant utilization; iterate to hit targets.</li><li>MLOps/DevOps: containerize, deploy, and monitor agents using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines; schedule retraining.</li><li>Lead and manage a team: hire, mentor, and manage 2–4 engineers (prompt-ops, CV, full-stack) once MVP agents meet KPIs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><p>6+ years in AI/ML, automation, or conversational AI engineering.</p><p>2+ years building multi-step or multi-agent LLM solutions.</p><p>Expert-level Python skills and deep understanding of open-source AI tooling.</p><p>Proven experience delivering computer vision/OCR solutions interpreting GUIs or documents.</p><p>Browser automation experience using Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent.</p><p>Demonstrated success in defining and achieving business-outcome KPIs.</p><p>Experience leading small technical teams in agile environments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><p>Familiarity with SAP APIs or SAP BTP (not required but a bonus).</p><p>Experience with at least one cloud AI stack (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex/Gemini).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Flexible working hours.</p><p>This is a fully remote role – you can work from anywhere in the world.</p><p>This position reports directly to the CEO.</p>
