</h2><div>We are seeking a skilled SAP BASIS Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on experience to manage, administer, and support our SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system installations, upgrades, performance tuning, system copies, backup and recovery, troubleshooting, and supporting SAP implementation projects within a complex environment.</div><h2>Key

Responsibilities:

</h2><ul><li>Perform SAP system installations, upgrades (support packs, EHP upgrades, SAP kernel upgrades), and migrations.</li><li>Manage and support SAP systems including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, CRM, Solution Manager, and Fiori Gateway.</li><li>Monitor system health and optimize performance through proactive tuning.</li><li>Execute system copies, client copies, system refreshes, and landscape optimization activities.</li><li>Manage SAP transports, patch management, and OSS note implementations.</li><li>Support SAP HANA and traditional databases (Oracle, MS SQL, DB2, Sybase) as needed.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive system documentation and operational runbooks.</li><li>Configure and monitor SAP EarlyWatch Alerts, SNOTE applications, and SAPRouter.</li><li>Collaborate with infrastructure teams (DBA, OS, Network) for SAP-related activities.</li><li>Support backup strategies, disaster recovery planning, and restore procedures.</li><li>Troubleshoot system issues, resolve performance bottlenecks, and perform root cause analysis.</li><li>Manage security administration (roles, authorizations) in coordination with SAP Security teams.</li><li>Participate in system audits and ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and other standards.</li><li>Provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotational basis as needed.</li></ul><h2>Key Skills &

Qualifications:

</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>5–7 years of SAP BASIS administration experience.</li><li>Strong experience with S/4HANA, SAP HANA database, and traditional RDBMS platforms.</li><li>Good understanding of SAP NetWeaver architecture.</li><li>Hands-on experience in SAP implementations, system builds, and greenfield projects.</li><li>Hands-on experience in SAP landscape upgrades, cloud migrations, and Unicode conversions.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP system refresh strategies and execution methodologies.</li><li>Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform (SCP), SAP BTP, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.</li><li>Exposure to SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, Monitoring) is preferred.</li><li>Basic knowledge of SAP security, TMS (Transport Management System), and authorization concepts.</li><li>Certification in SAP BASIS or SAP HANA Administration is advantageous.</li></ul><h2>Soft
