The role

requires strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership across implementation, rollout, and migration projects.</p><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><div><strong>SAP Delivery & Transformation</strong></div><ul><li>Lead end-to-end <strong>SAP FICO implementations</strong>, rollouts, and migration projects.</li><li>Drive solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of <strong>FI/CO modules</strong>.</li><li>Manage finance processes including <strong>GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, and Controlling</strong>.</li><li>Ensure seamless integration with <strong>MM, SD, and other SAP modules</strong>.</li><li>Lead <strong>data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support</strong> activities.</li><li>Provide expertise in <strong>S/4HANA Finance innovations and best practices</strong>.</li></ul><div><strong>Leadership & Stakeholder Management</strong></div><ul><li>Lead and mentor SAP consultants, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.</li><li>Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide strategic solutions.</li><li>Manage client expectations and ensure successful project delivery.</li><li>Support performance management and capability development within the team.</li></ul><div><strong>Business Development & Practice Building</strong></div><ul><li>Contribute to <strong>SAP practice development</strong>, accelerators, and reusable assets.</li><li>Support <strong>pre-sales activities</strong>, proposals, and client presentations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen Altivate’s SAP offerings.</li><li>Stay updated on SAP roadmap and industry trends.</li></ul><div><strong>Risk & Quality Management</strong></div><ul><li>Identify and mitigate delivery risks and project dependencies.</li><li>Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance.</li><li>Maintain compliance with internal and client-specific requirements.</li></ul><div><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></div><ul><li><strong>10+ years of SAP FICO experience</strong></li><li>Minimum <strong>2+ end-to-end implementation projects</strong></li><li>Strong experience in <strong>S/4HANA Finance</strong></li><li>Hands-on expertise in:</li></ul><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="circle"><li>GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting</li><li>Costing, CO-PA, Profit Center Accounting</li><li>Banking and Financial Closing</li></ul></ul><ul><li>Experience in <strong>migration and rollout projects</strong></li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>integration with MM and SD modules</strong></li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Ability to lead <strong>large-scale transformation programs</strong></li></ul><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div><ul><li>Experience working in or with <strong>KSA (Saudi Arabia)</strong> clients (VAT, localization)</li><li>Industry experience in:</li></ul><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="circle"><li>Manufacturing</li><li>Pharmaceutical</li><li>Oil & Gas</li></ul></ul><ul><li>SAP S/4HANA certification (preferred)</li><li>Experience in <strong>SAP TRM / FSCM / FM</strong> is an added advantage</li></ul><div><strong>Educational Qualification</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field</li><li>MBA / Professional certifications (CA, CPA, etc.) – Preferred</li></ul><div><br></div>
