Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP FICO Solution Architect to lead the delivery of high-quality SAP financial solutions. This role is primarily focused on hands-on delivery, solution design, and client-facing execution, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise, take ownership of complex deliverables, and play a key role in guiding clients while contributing to the development of Altivate’s Center of Excellence (CoE).<div> </div>Duties and

Responsibilities:

<ul><li>Understand and analyze business requirements across accounting functions including GL, AR, AP, Banking, and Fixed Assets</li><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP FICO modules, including design, configuration, and deployment in S/4HANA environments</li><li>Define and validate SAP process flows and master data structures for FI and CO</li><li>Configure and manage FI &amp; CO master data, ensuring proper integration with MM and SD modules</li><li>Apply strong expertise in Product Costing and CO-PA to support business requirements</li><li>Oversee and support period-end activities, including allocations, settlements, and reporting cycles</li><li>Act as a senior point of contact for business users, resolving complex issues and ensuring user satisfaction</li><li>Drive solution design decisions while ensuring adherence to SAP Best Practices</li><li>Lead and support Business Blueprinting sessions, translating requirements into effective solutions</li><li>Review and guide configuration and deliverables produced by team members</li><li>Perform and oversee unit testing, and support UAT cycles to ensure successful delivery</li><li>Contribute to the development of reusable assets, standards, and CoE capabilities within the organization</li><li style="text-align: left;">Ensure solutions are aligned with KSA VAT and regulatory requirements</li></ul>Skills, Knowledge &amp; Experience required:&nbsp;<ul><li>10+ years of experience in SAP FICO (ECC &amp; S/4HANA)</li><li>Strong experience in S/4HANA implementations</li><li style="font-weight: bold;">Proven track record of:</li><li>4+ end-to-end implementation projects</li><li>2+ S/4HANA projects</li><li style="font-weight: bold;">Hands-on expertise in:</li><li>New G/L, AP/AR, Banking, Fixed Assets</li><li>Controlling (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders)</li><li>Product Costing and CO-PA</li><li>Strong understanding of cross-module integration (MM, SD)</li><li>Experience with KSA taxation and VAT</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities</li></ul>Skills, Knowledge &amp; Experience required:&nbsp;<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong client-facing presence and stakeholder handling</li><li>Ability to guide teams and review deliverables effectively</li><li>High adaptability in dynamic and complex environments</li><li>Strong sense of ownership and accountability</li><li>Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities</li></ul><div> </div><div> </div>
