Responsibilities:

</strong></div><ul><li>Lead and support end-to-end implementations and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ONB (1.0 & 2.0).</li><li>Conduct requirement gathering workshops, business process mapping, and deliver tailored solution designs.</li><li>Oversee system configuration, integration, and deployment, ensuring alignment with best practices and client requirements.</li><li>Provide AMS (Application Management Services) and post-go-live support, resolving issues and enhancing system performance.</li><li>Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business teams to facilitate seamless system adoption and process transformation.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor, recommending enhancements, process improvements, and system optimizations.</li><li>Manage data migration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-go-live activities.</li><li>Stay abreast of SAP SuccessFactors innovations, release updates, and industry trends.</li><li>Ensure all project deliveries are aligned with agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</li><li>Leverage knowledge of HR analytics and recruitment KPIs to drive insightful reporting and decision-making.</li><li>Understand and manage API integrations within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.</li></ul><div><strong>Required

Qualifications:

</strong></div><ul><li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ONB implementations and support.</strong></li><li>Certified in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 – <em>mandatory</em>.</li><li>Proven experience in AMS support and handling post-go-live environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR and recruitment processes.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.</li></ul><div><strong>Preferred

Qualifications:
