Support Associate 2

We are seeking a Support Associate to join our Passport Center team. In this role, you will be providing administrative and clerical assistance to government staff and focusing on tasks requiring high attention to detail and accuracy. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a combination of technical, physical, and interpersonal skills to perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

include operating equipment for scanning and mailing, generating and matching mailing labels, assembling third-party mail, archiving files, and performing document filing and retrieval.

involves handling repetitive tasks such as mail sorting, scanning, and document sequencing while maintaining quality and adhering to established procedures. Some physical activity, including lifting, standing, and moving boxes, is also required. This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance. The hourly rate is $19.84 –$20.24, depending on which shift is being filled, 1st shift or 2nd shift.
