Shift Available

A shift - Monday-Friday, 7:30am-6:00pm

Pay

$19.05 per hour

What You’ll Do

In this role, you'll be hands-on in the production process, working safely and efficiently to meet quality standards. Responsibilities include:

• Palletizing, depalletizing, case packing, sealing, and hand assembly
• Blending materials and connecting ingredient bags
• Performing rework and sanitation tasks as needed
• Conducting visual inspections to ensure product quality and integrity
• Maintaining speed and accuracy based on production needs
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with GMP and hygiene standards
• Communicating material needs, quality concerns, or safety issues to peers and supervisors
• Supporting multiple production areas and flexing between tasks as needed

Basic Requirements

• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, twisting, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds as needed
• Visual ability to assess quality and material integrity
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math (including weights, sequences, and percentages)
• Must follow all safety policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines
• High school diploma, GED, vocational training, or relevant work experience preferred (we’re happy to discuss qualifications with you!)
