Project Participation: Actively participate in real-world business projects and assignments, including tasks such as analysis, design, process improvement, and operational support. Business Enhancement: Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the construction industry with creative ideas and approaches. Process Support: Fulfill supporting duties that help the assigned department's daily workflow and aid in achieving business goals.
