Customer Consultant (Engineer)

University degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline Previous experience with aluminium will be appreciated. The position focuses on providing technical guidance and selecting the optimal outdoor systems to meet architectural, functional, and performance requirements for every project.

Role Overview

As a Customer Consultant within our Sales Division, you will combine strong communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. Based in Kilkis and Thessaloniki , you will work closely with clients on a project-by-project basis, serving as their primary point of contact for technical inquiries and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Perform project estimations and quantity take-offs based on technical specifications and architectural plans Review project requirements to ensure design feasibility, ensuring custom requests can be practically executed on-site Prepare and dispatch detailed technical-commercial quotes to clients in close collaboration with the sales team Guide clients through our outdoor systems portfolio, recommending optimal solutions for their specific architectural needs Handle specialized technical designs and address inquiries regarding custom project specifications Engage and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, fabricators, private clients, and group subsidiaries Your impact You are defined by your strong technical background, with a focus on detail, and a deep sense of responsibility.
