Job Responsibilities:
- Designing security, voice/video/data distribution, and audiovisual presentation systems for buildings
- Determining design scope, schedule, budget, phasing, site issues, and design review issues
- Producing construction documents and assisting with construction administration tasks
- Serving as a liaison between clients, agencies, subcontractors, and the design team
- Ensuring the preparation of accurate, complete, and value-added work products
- Identifying and implementing ideas that will save our clients time and money
- Using a high level of engineering judgment and experience to develop quality engineering solutions
- Delivering timely documents
- Maintaining continuous and open project communications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- RCDD certification required, AVIXA CTS/CTS-D certification desired
- Low-voltage design experience
- 5+ years of technology system design experience
- 5+ years of project technology infrastructure design and construction experience
- Strong client management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and set and manage priorities
- Excellent people skills and strong oral and written communication skills
