Join our team in Amanzoe. Scattered with Unesco-protected ruins, the beach-fringed Peloponnese has been at the heart of Greek culture for millennia. Resting on the east coast of the Peloponnese near Porto Heli, Amanzoe is a modern-day Acropolis from which 360-degree views encompass olive groves and the Aegean sea. Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Villa Host / Hostess (Butler) who embodies Aman’s philosophy of personalized and intuitive service to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Villa Manager, the Villa Host plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of villa operations, ensuring a seamless and refined experience for Villa Owners and guests. This position requires a hands-on approach, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering Aman’s renowned hospitality through thoughtful, anticipatory and highly personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of private villas, ensuring smooth, efficient and discreet service delivery.
• Provide exceptional personalized service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring they are met promptly and professionally.
• Manage the preparation and upkeep of villas to Aman standards, ensuring comfort, cleanliness and readiness at all times.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service execution.
• Support Villa Owners and guests throughout their stay, ensuring an elevated and tailored experience.
• Assist with Food and Beverage service within villas, ensuring high-quality and attentive delivery.
• Maintain accurate guest preferences and history to support personalized experiences.
• Address guest concerns with tact, efficiency and professionalism.
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational policies.

Requirements

• Strong guest relations experience, particularly with high-profile clientele or villa owners, is essential.
• Solid operational background across both Food and Beverage and Rooms Division.
• Previous experience in butler services is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish are desirable.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• A meticulous, detail-oriented and service-driven mindset aligned with Aman’s values.
• You must have the legal right to work in Greece.
