Education: A master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in social services or a closely related field, or 5 years full-time documented experience working with children or youth in a variety of settings is required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will not directly supervise team members.
Salary, Benefits & Work Environment
This is a full-time position with a rate of pay between $30.65-$34.66 hourly ($63,752-$72,098 annually) depending on experience. Generous personal leave and benefits package, including paid time off, paid sabbatical, health, vision and dental insurance, 401k with a company match, life, and disability insurance. Amara supports a hybrid work schedule with some flexibility to work from home. Occasional travel between our King and Pierce County offices as well as to client homes throughout the Puget Sound region will be required. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and proof of personal auto insurance.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will not directly supervise team members.
