Risk Manager , Regulatory Intelligence, Safety, and Compliance

The Regulatory Intelligence, Safety and Compliance (RISC) team is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead AI-based tool implementation across compliance organizations. This role will drive productivity improvements, identify cross-leverage opportunities, and partner with technology and science teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Key job responsibilities

• Lead AI tool adoption strategy across RISC and broader compliance organizations
  
• Partner with Product, Science, and cross-functional technology teams to design and implement AI-driven automation solutions
  
• Establish and track productivity metrics and goals for AI-enabled compliance operations
  
• Identify opportunities to cross-leverage AI solutions across multiple compliance workflows and programs
  
• Manage end-to-end program delivery for strategic AI initiatives from conception through implementation
  
• Drive alignment on AI roadmap priorities with senior leadership and technical stakeholders
  A day in the life
  As a Senior Risk Manager, you will develop AI adoption strategy and represent key compliance functions in cross-organizational forums. You will work with Product, Science, and Operations leaders on the RISC team to drive AI tool adoption, track productivity improvements, and resolve implementation challenges. You will attend and present during XBRs and report on AI initiative progress, productivity metrics, and cross-leverage opportunities.

  Basic qualifications

  - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  - 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience
  - 1+ years experience or coursework with data systems and data analysis

  Preferred qualifications

  - Experience analyzing large datasets and translating them to actionable business insight
  - 5+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
  - Experience in program or project management including the delivery of cross-functional projects
  - Experience communicating to senior management and customers verbally and in writing
  - Experience with training and deploying machine learning systems to solve large-scale optimizations, or experience driving collaborative projects from conception to delivery
  - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  - 3+ years of work experience in a regulatory compliance environment with a focus on AI tool implementation and productivity improvement
