Amazon Logistics Japan is looking to hire an experienced Forecasting Specialist to lead a team in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) that impact the direction of the whole JP network.

You will also be coordinating the continuous improvement and operational excellence projects in Japan to deliver a world class customer experience. Your true hands-on approach, operational inclination, analytical skills, and the ability to build and leverage relationships across a wide stakeholder group will enable you to generate creative solutions to industry level strategic problems.
Operating with significant autonomy and discretion, you will drive the development of solutions to some of the company's most challenging business issues and help scale the network rapidly and safely with your strategy.

Basic qualifications

- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience communicating complex business concepts in verbal and written form
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+)
- Experience articulating complex concepts to cross-functional audiences in business-proficient English

Preferred qualifications

- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Knowledge of data analytics with tools such as Tableau, SQL, Quick-sight
