Our client is a growing technology services organization providing managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, software, and related technology solutions to businesses. As the organization continues to expand its client base and pursue larger opportunities, it is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth.
This is a true hunter role focused primarily on acquiring new clients and generating recurring revenue. The ideal candidate is an experienced technology sales professional who can independently build a pipeline, develop relationships with C-suite decision-makers, and lead complex sales from prospecting through close.
The successful candidate will have significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, prospect, and acquire new clients
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
- Sell managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, software, and other technology solutions
- Establish trusted relationships with C-suite executives, business owners, and technology leaders
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Understand client business challenges and develop consultative technology solutions that deliver measurable value
- Leverage professional networks and channel relationships to generate new opportunities
- Collaborate with technical and internal sales resources on complex opportunities
- Consistently achieve or exceed new-business and recurring-revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity information within the CRM
- Transition newly acquired clients to internal account-management resources while identifying opportunities for future expansion
Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful B2B technology sales experience
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating net-new business
- Experience selling managed services, IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, software, or technology consulting solutions
- Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling to C-suite executives, business owners, and senior technology decision-makers
- Ability to independently prospect, develop relationships, and create a sales pipeline
- Strong networking, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Consultative and relationship-driven sales approach
- Strong understanding of business technology and the ability to communicate complex solutions in terms of business value
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving processes and systems
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, persistent, and results-oriented
- Experience selling recurring-revenue technology services is strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $125,000–$140,000, depending on experience
- Commission: Uncapped performance-based commission tied to new business and recurring revenue

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $120,000 – $140,000 per year.
