    Description
    CAA opportunity at our new practice, Fayetteville ASC in Fayetteville, NC. New Compensation Package and$100K in Sign On Incentives just announced! NAPA is happy to announce our new site in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The Fayetteville Ambulatory Surgery Center has been providing excellent clinical care with a focus on safety, comfort and convenience for over 43 years. Their 11 operating rooms are fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology and equipment for a variety of specialties and procedures. Our anesthesiologists, CRNAs and CAAs work in an anesthesia care team model approach. This care team model means that we focus on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence.

    Total Rewards
    Salary: $240K
    Sign on Incentives: $100K

    Case Assignments & Schedule
    • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm. No nights, weekends or holidays!
    • Ortho, General, GYN, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Vascular, Urology

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
    • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
    • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
    • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
    • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
    • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

    Requirements
    • Master’s Degree from an Accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant Program
    • Complies with American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants licensure guidelines
