As a Residential Handyperson/Maintenance Technician, we call Property Engineer’s (PE), you’ll be the face of AA, representing our values and commitment to residents and the community. You'll be the plumbing lead for our single-family rental homes across IND. Work orders route to your phone, you run your day home to home, you fix it right the first time. We call our techs Property Engineers — you'll see why when you're running your route like your own business.

Big plus: journeyman card or plumbing license GA, HVAC skills or EPA 608, drain machine and press-tool experience, prior SFR/property maintenance at volume.
