Dauch is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Co-Op to join our team at the Detroit Business Office. The HR Co-op will support the HR team in delivering strategic and operational human resources services within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, HR analytics, training and development, onboarding, engagement initiatives, and compliance activities. The co-op will gain exposure to various aspects of Human Resources while supporting business objectives and employee experience initiatives at Dauch.Job Description:
