    Job description

    As an Associate Material Processor, you will be cross trained to support various functions within the Mobile/Wireless Services Team, including inventory management, stockroom operations, receiving, distribution, packaging, shipping, and quality assurance. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will utilize inventory management systems to verify and enter product and customer information, maintain inventory accuracy, and support operational needs. Your attention to detail will be critical as you receive, inspect, label, package, and track products while ensuring inventory is organized and available to support departmental requirements.

    The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

    Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities

    • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and physical inventories.
    • Monitor inventory levels and proactively replenish parts and materials to support operational needs.
    • Manage and organize stockroom locations to ensure efficient storage, identification, and retrieval of inventory.
    • Receive, inspect, document, and store incoming inventory and materials.
    • Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with internal teams to implement corrective actions.
    • Process inventory transactions accurately within Oracle or other inventory management systems.
    • Coordinate inventory transfers and material movement between departments and locations.
    • Generate and analyze inventory reports to monitor stock levels, inventory aging, usage trends, and replenishment needs.
    • Support receiving, shipping, packaging, and material handling activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
    • Label, identify, and maintain inventory locations in accordance with company standards.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready stockroom while supporting inventory-related projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.

    Basic Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED

    Other Requirements

    • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to toggle between multiple screens when entering data
    • Must be able to sit and/or stand for an 8, 10, or 12- hour shift depending on work schedule
    • Ability to manually lift and carry up to thirty (30) pounds

    Preferred Qualifications/Experience

    • Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping/receiving environment
    • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production standards
    • Good interpersonal skills (verbal/written) with ability to effectively communicate with both colleagues and leadership
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
    • High attention to detail
    Pay Grade: 03
    Pay Range: $15.03 - $23.29 per hour

    Pay Range:

    $ 15,03 - $ 23,29

    Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
