- Perform highly diversified duties to maintain production machines, pumps, wiring cabinets, grinders, motors, etc.
- Read and comprehend wiring diagrams and machine part schematics.
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
- Perform a variety of building maintenance tasks from plumbing to electrical.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Self-motivated and energetic to make sure all productions lines are operating at the highest output levels.
- Good with math specifically measurements, conversions, and geometry to address machine adjustment for change overs on tile cutting machines.
- Experience with tile is a plus.
- Disposition to work in a variety of different environments.
Required:
- Experience in field for at least 3 years
- Handy with machines
- Fast learner
- Billingual in Spanish and English (Preferred)
