    • Discrepancy Management: Act as the primary point of contact to monitor, reconcile, and bridge physical vs. system data, tracking critical inventory and finance metrics.
    • Process Improvement: Identify operational root causes of variances; implement strict integrity and corrective actions to minimize financial exposure.
    • Cross-Functional Synergy: Direct operational communication and alignment between international 3PL provider and the US/MX-based Finance & Inventory Integrity Teams.

Finance, Tax & Legal Compliance (40% Corporate)

    • SOX Compliance: Coordinate the integration of international 3PL provider with internal systems while authoring and sustaining comprehensive process documentation for country-specific inventory controls.
    • Tax Alignment: Ensure all physical and systemic inventory movements strictly align with local regional regulations (e.g., SAT requirements and specialized industry norms).
    • Strategic Month-End Reconciliation: Assist month-end reconciliation efforts between marketplace sales and physical/systemic inventory to identify and eliminate revenue shrinkage or stock-outs.
    • Inventory Valuation & Variance Tracking: Quantify the financial impact of inventory discrepancies, managing the registration of shrinkages, write-offs, and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) adjustments in the local financial ledgers.
    • Month-End Financial Provisions: Collaborate with the local accounting team to estimate, validate, and record monthly financial provisions for inventory obsolescence, Goods in Transit (GIT), or potential operational losses prior to month-end closing.
    • Marketplace Dispute & Chargeback Management: Drive the financial reconciliation of marketplace platforms, actively identifying and disputing incorrect fees, penalties, or billing errors from third-party channels (e.g., Mercado Libre) stemming from physical stock variances

    Advanced Analytics & Communication

    • Financial Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel and Power BI to translate highly complex inventory metrics into actionable financial reports for the Finance Controller & Inventory Integrity team.
    • Stakeholder Management: Seamlessly communicate inventory data, audit risks, and operational updates cross-functionally to both AE and 3PL executive leadership.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration, with a solid foundational understanding of corporate accounting principles (COGS, Assets, Auditing controls).
    • Experience: 1+ year(s) of dedicated experience in Inventory Control; prior experience in international production, tax compliance, retail warehouse environments, or equivalent is highly preferred.
    • WMS Expertise: Advanced working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and enterprise processes (e.g., PKMS, IP/AS-400, or similar 3rd Party WMS/ERP solutions).
    • Data Analytics: High proficiency in Microsoft Office, featuring advanced Excel capabilities and experience building reports in Power BI.

    • Execution: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple overlapping assignments, and consistently meet established deadlines with sharp attention to detail.

    Travel & Physical Requirements

    • Travel Flexibility: Must possess a valid passport and unrestricted ability to travel internationally as required.
