About the Team
Our Operations team works with a diverse customer base to support several nationally significant supply chains. With management responsibility spanning across five states, our 8,500km rail network is used to transport bulk products, passenger and general freight, including steel and a vast array of consumer items such as groceries, electrical goods and other items for both import and export markets.
The Operations teams work within several complex and challenging environments, including some of the busiest rail corridors in Australia to deliver safe, efficient and sustainable service delivery outcomes for its customers, stakeholders and the community.
About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Major Maintenance Team.
In this role, you will lead the delivery of discrete major maintenance and infrastructure projects, ranging in value from $0.1M to $10M, supporting the successful delivery of ARTC’s Annual Works Plan and strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for managing projects across the full project lifecycle, from strategy and planning through to delivery and handover. This includes managing project scope, cost, schedule, safety, environmental impact, reliability and maintainability requirements.
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, you will play an important role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and with minimal impact on rail operations.
