The KFC Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food items according to company standards, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders accurately
- Prepare and cook food items following KFC quality and hygiene standards
- Assemble, pack, and serve orders promptly
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, counters, dining, and work areas
- Follow food safety, health, and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Assist during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays)
