Responsibilities
- Recording Daily Sales
- responsible for accurate and timely payment of all invoices like purchase orders, travel advances, petty cash reimbursement
- prepare needed JVs (journal voucher)
- Pays vendors by scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
