AMLI Residential is hiring a Multi-Site Make Ready Technician to support two luxury apartment communities, AMLI Denargo Market and AMLI Art District, located in Denver's vibrant RiNo neighborhood.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in creating great living spaces, and wants to build maintenance skills in a stable, growing industry. Whether you already have apartment maintenance experience or have developed repair skills through construction, painting, remodeling, or a trade, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs, painting, and general make-ready work to ensure every apartment is move-in ready.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hour
