The role ensures effective maintenance of boilers, auxiliary equipment, machinery, buildings, and facility assets, supporting safe, efficient, and compliant operations. The position assists in planning, budgeting, and scheduling facility and boiler-related modifications, including estimating equipment, labor, materials, and operational costs. The role supports coordination of facility space allocation, utility layout, communication services, and expansion activities, ensuring optimal steam distribution and system reliability. The position contributes to health and safety standards implementation, regulatory compliance, preventive maintenance execution, and continuous improvement initiatives, strengthening facility reliability, energy efficiency, audit readiness, and sustainable utility operations.
