Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf and/or National Association for the Deaf Interpreter Certification with 5+ years working experience
Adherence to Sign Language Interpreter’s Confidentiality Rules
Strong American Sign Language to English Interpreting Skills
Ability to Travel: 20%
Flexible Schedule (including nights and weekends)
Comfort working in call center environment where trainer will be training classes of at least 10-15 trainees at a time
Comfort shadowing trainer in call center floor/standing and moving around on call center floor
Comfort working in Professional Environments
Excellent Writing Skills
